We recommend reserving your hotel well in advance as capacity may be limited by concurrent events in Charlottesville

We need 10 rooms reserved by April 15 or they will charge regular price (this does not go on the website!)

2.      Driving directions have to be more detailed from our area

Take Capitol Beltway I-66 West towards Front Royal

Take US 29 South at Gainesville towards Warrenton – Exit 43 A

Go straight South on  US 29  for 66 miles, past Warrenton and Culpepper

Turn Right (West) on Cedar Grove Road in Ruckersville  - on left there is a Sheets Gas Station and on right Advance Auto Parts and BB&T Bank

Go straight for 2.4 miles – road becomes Advance Mill Road

Right on Wells Run Road

0.7 miles on your left is Guilford Farm

3.      No children at wedding has to be announced.

4.      Parking at Tall Oaks Technology?   Instructions should be posted. The more people are forewarned the smoother it will go.

5.      Names of bridal party has to be completed.

6.      Name of officiant and address of church in case of INCLEMENT WEATHER has to be added.
