Jan. 9 2010 - Meeting

Theme of the wedding (Anne)
- Theme of the wedding should be Daisies
- Colors: White, Yellow, Pink, Orange
- Attire: Brown, Black, White
- Bouquets: Single colored daisy with small white flowers in back and green leaf offshoots.
- Everything should be white with splashes of color.
- Branches, river rocks, pine cones can all be used to decorate and possibly spray painted white.

Decorations
- Reception tables should be with white tablecloth, white chairs, and colorful centerpieces.
- Centerpieces for tables – 3 square glass vases of various heights with brown/green/cream colored river rocks, a gerbera daisy, filled with water and a floating candle on top
- Stationary – Colored daisies on white paper, that gives instructions on tables/things for the ceremony/reception – gifts, bar, table numbers, ect.
- Flowers – Tina Robers

Kibler Farm layout
- 3 different zones: Arrival, Ceremony, reception
- Arrival Zone – Should have long white colored table upon entry with guest book, card box, and space to put gifts on. Should also have table with lemonade and iced tea
- Ceremony Zone – not discussed
- Reception – Anne said that Tommy Rox will be the DJ and Nate will make all the arrangements for this.

Guest List
- Mom sent Anne the list of the guests and Anne will be taking care of the guest list FROM NOW ON
- Anne and Nate need to go over the list and start finalizing the names and information
- By the END OF THIS WEEK Anne and Nate to have a FINAL LIST of 250 people who will be send save the dates and invitations.
- Planning will assume that 175 people come to the wedding.

- Bought wedding invitation kit which includes: white invitation, envelopes, response cards, response envelopes
