4-430pm - the receiving line (optional but where bride and groom greet everyone one by one)
430-530 cocktails (classical music as background? Bride and groom are absent for pics)
545pm announcements (guests find their seats)
6pm welcome (dinner toast)
615pm dinner served
745pm toasts (after dessert toast)
750pm speeches (father of nbride makes first speech, then groom on behalf of himself and new wife, then thanks bridesmaids, bride can say a few words)
8pm cutting the cake (if there are any evening only guests, this is when they'd be invited)
845pm the first dance (bride and groom first, then the bride and her father, and groom and his mom other guests casually join after)
